We've had an enquiry as to whether the puzzles downloaded here can be published.

The answer is an uncategorical NO!

The puzzles in these collections are solely for individual use only. When you purchase a magazine the email with download instructions clearly states this. Unauthorised distribution or reproduction of any content from the magazines may lead to legal action being taken against the party that infringes copyright.

Yes I was amused to see the message saying that when I bought a magazine just now.

I just wonder how you will be able to police this? Although it is absolutely right that you do stop people from trying to pass off these as their own which would be absolutely outrageous
