My puzzle magazine did not download - help!...

When you order a puzzle magazine from this website, you are automatically emailed a download link. When you click that link, the electronic PDF of the magazine will download to your computer ready for you to print.

However, very occasionally the email does not turn up, usually because an over zealous spam filter somewhere gobbles it up, which means you are unable to download the magazine.

One thing that happened to me is that one of the emails with the download details got put into my spam folder... therefore I would suggest that you check that if you think an email hasn't arrived as it has probably gone straight into the spam folder!

Then add the address it comes from and then when you order other magazines it doesn't happen again

That's a great tip Gemma, and the only surefire way of getting round an over zealous spam filter.
