Lateral Thinking Puzzles...

Does anyone else out there like lateral thinking puzzles?

They are something of an acquired taste, but they can be quite satisfying when you hit on a solution to a very non-obvious teaser. Of course to some they are frustrating as they often admit of many different answers and of course some are much more ingenious than others, but a really good lateral thinking puzzle can be very satisfying to solve.

So if anybody comes up with one, then do post them here. I'm going to have a think - these things are surprisingly difficult to come up with. There are lots of classic ones, but genuinely new ones are hard to find!
