15 x 15 Sudoku Magazine

15 x 15 sudoku magazine We've had 9 x 9 sudoku, of course, and a large range of different variants on that theme, as shown in the left hand menu of the site and on the homepage.

We've also introduced a range of sudoku at larger sizes, including the reasonably common 16 x 16 and known but less common 25 x 25 for the brave souls that like to spend a long time solving a puzle and the sense of satisfaction that comes from doing that.

Next came 12 x 12 sudoku, and now we've created the latest in the range of sudoku at unusual sizes, with the 15 x 15 sudoku puzzle magazine.

If you like larger sudoku puzzles and find them just as satisfying as the smaller puzzles, if not more so, then you should find this magazine enjoyable.

If you've not tackled a sudoku of this size before (see the image to the right of the magazine) then you can print the first page of 15 x 15 sudoku magazine now and see if it's for you or not. If you like it, then we hope you'll proceed to purchase the magazine.

The rules are as you'd expect: place the numbers 1 - 15 exactly once in each row, column and in this case each 5 x 3 box, that is bold-lined box regions that are 5 cells wide by 3 cells high. As with all our sudoku puzzles, there is only one solution to each puzzle and you never need to guess: logical rules are all that you'll need to solve any of these fun sudoku puzzles.

The rules you will need to use most are those familiar from 9 x 9 sudoku: that is, working out where in a region a certain number must go when there is only one option for it, and also looking at the options for individual cells. You'll be able to reduce the options as you go through solving the puzzles. Remember to use the numbers from 1 - 15 as your pencilmarks, not 1 - 9! The PDFs are designed to be large enough for you to be able to enter reasonable pencilmarks in the cells.

If you are an experienced solver and want a really tough challenge, then try solving the puzzles without any pencilmarks at all - it can be done but is not the easiest thing in the world!
