If I buy the same magazine twice, will the second one be different?...

We've had another question so it seemed sensible to add it to the FAQ.

A puzzle enthusiast wanted to know if they bought the wordwheel magazine two times if they would receive two different wordwheel magazines.

The answer is no: each magazine is unchanging, so if you order two copies of a particular magazine you will simply receive it twice.

Note that some magazines do however have additional issues, or more than one magazine is available for downloadable.

Where this is the case it is clearly stated on the appropriate puzzle magazine page. For instance on the binary puzzle page there are links to magazines containing different sizes of puzzle, and other puzzles may have links to different issues of a magazine which of course will contain different puzzles from each other.
