Menu update...

An obvious change, but nevertheless - based on feedback we've sorted the left hand menu under "Magazines" so that they are now in alphabetical order to make it easier to find what you're looking for.

Thanks to Josie for pointing out that was a more sensible sort order than simply the order in which the magazines were added to the site
